3. AI-Generated Content

ResinAI allows you to generate content using artificial intelligence. As between you and ResinAI, you own the content you generate using our services, provided you have the legal right to use any input data. You grant ResinAI a limited license to use, host, and store your generated content solely to provide and improve our services.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to generate content that is:

• Unlawful, harmful, or threatening
• Hate speech or discriminatory
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Intended to deceive or mislead others
• Sexually explicit or violent

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ResinAI offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResinAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the services or any content generated through the services. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unpredictable.
